Where Nature Meets Rest

Every Material We Use Is Thoughtfully Chosen, Natural and Sustainable

Nature’s Finest, for Your Deepest Rest

Your body deserves a place to rest that feels as natural as the air you breathe. That’s why we at Sleep On Green are committed to using only the purest, most natural materials in everything we create.

WHY WE USE NATURAL FIBERS

Nature is the ultimate designer—and we believe that the most luxurious sleep comes from materials born in nature, not laboratories. At Sleep On Green, we meticulously select natural, renewable materials that not only feel better but are better for your body and the planet. Our organic and sustainably sourced fibers create a cleaner, chemical-free sleeping space, free from synthetic off-gassing or irritants that disrupt wellness. These materials naturally regulate temperature, promote airflow, and provide the balanced comfort your body needs to rest deeply and wake refreshed.

Just as importantly, they are gentle on the earth. Every material we use is chosen for its ability to biodegrade, renew, or be recycled—ensuring that your mattress leaves nothing behind but a lighter footprint. Because we believe that restorative sleep and responsible living go hand in hand.

Why We Got Started

The Sleep On Green journey started on Memorial Day weekend 2007, when our son Christian was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident which caused him to be bedridden for several months.

At the time, Christian had recently purchased a memory foam mattress, but it wasn’t until he was confined to it, that we all realized it was doing much more harm than good. We quickly understood that he needed a mattress that not only provided the proper support necessary for his back, but also a mattress that was breathable and made with natural materials to prevent boils and bed sores.

Before our son's accident we had no idea what healthy sleep or clean sleep meant. Like many of us, we thought a mattress was a mattress, and as long as it seemed ‘comfy’, that’s all that mattered. It wasn’t until then that we had a wakeup call as we started to do some research and learned how memory foam mattresses as well as conventional mattresses can potentially make you sick.

This life changing moment spurred us into action, it was with great urgency that we searched for a “natural” mattress, one that would support Christian during his long road to recovery.
